Coaching Intensive for ASU Faculty

Monday, June 19, 2017 to Tuesday, June 20, 2017

How do you develop your capacity to lead a growing research group? In Tempe, Arizona State University faculty in STEM disciplines have the opportunity to explore this question with improvscience founder, Dr. Holmes.

In this 2-session Coaching Intensive, participants develop their mentoring capacity. Through playful and practical exercises, participants explore and address the specific challenges that arise for them in leading their research projects.

  • How do you advance grant related research while supporting innovation and independence in your students?
  • How do you give feedback and advance quality work in ways that support growth of the lab and student?
  • Is it possible to do both?

Sessions are Monday and Tuesday, June 19th & 20th at 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM (PST) on the ASU Tempe Campus.

Space: Limited to 8 participants. Priority is given to ASU STEM faculty.

Cost: The Intensive is offered free of charge for any ASU STEM associated faculty. Non-ASU faculty may participate for a fee if room is available. To be considered, APPLY by June 12th!
