Diversity and Inclusion

We live and work in complex cultural environments that require us to work cohesively with people whose values, race, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, mental or physical abilities, age, gender, gender identity and other characteristics differ from our own. Learning about someone else's cultural background is a great start to building inclusive environments. However, a group's success depends on its ability to embrace diversity and create new means of communication and cooperation.  The improvscience trainings help groups to generate make full use of individual talents and experiences in any situation.
