LIVE Performance at CESTEMER Conference

Friday, September 15, 2017

The Living Improv Experiment is the improvisational theatre show of improvscience performed in conjuction with conferences and science festivals.  And this September, it is part of the Cultivating Ensembles in STEM Education and Research Conference. The evening Welcome address by Dr. Holmes follows a reception and includes a LIVE show. The conference creates a unique moment to explore the relationship of arts, humanities and STEM. Holmes is thrilled to be bringing this improvisational mash-up of forms—Playback, documentary and Armando—to a traditional theatre stage in Chicago. Scientists and non-scientist improvisers will bring the conference and audience to life.

The CESTEMER conference registration is open. And the conference begins with a strong set of offerings. Professional development opens the conference, with attendees having opportunities to advance their skills in leadership, storytelling and using improvisation in science teaching.
