One of my frequent activities is providing mentoring workshops for women and minorities in science. This includes my online webinar for the Empowering Leadership Alliance (ELA) led by Richard Tapia of Rice University. ELA introduces women and minorities in computing, math and sciences to computational science and high performance computing.
