Scientists are creative. They are constantly developing and building the tools they need to advance their work. This year, the Ph.D./Postdoc Community of Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, a leading public research institute in Germany, reached across the water to engage improvscience in their professional development.

Created from a conversation about their needs and desires, Dr. Holmes will lead postdoctoral fellows and graduate students in an online session of play and performance to develop community and skills in science communication. The 15 scientist will participate from the Göttingen campus of the Max Planck Institute of Biophysical Chemistry which is one of the largest in the Max Planck Society and unique in its multidisciplinary approach.

Dr. Holmes noted: "It is exciting to continue to support researchers in inter- and multi- disciplinary research fields like the ones we [improvscience] grew from." Holmes built improvscience workshops in response to the needs of colleagues in computing sciences including biophysics, computational and systems biology.

Our offerings and audiences continue to grow. Contact to bring an improvscience workshop to your scientists and technical teams.
