CARE Sessions

As we work to make the world a better place, we need to care for each other and ourselves. We are all “the other.”

In the CARE sessions offered by Dr. Raquell Holmes and Marian Rich, participants will stretch their relational muscles. Learn to play in ways that rejuvenate our spirit and improve our ability to listen, build with and care for others.

These sessions are for professionals who are leading new types of conversations at work, changing cultural norms, and interested in building equitable environments.

Experience how improvisational group/ensemble play can develop our capacity for joy, and spontaneity even in the face of seemingly impossible challenges. Join us for an hour of play and 30 minutes of conversation.
