Wellness Spaces
improvscience offers a variety of wellness programs to help professionals navigate the emotional and strategic challenges of their careers. Through Community Office Hours and other group sessions, our coaches create spaces for you to contribute, lead, and build equitable environments. We use improvisational group performances to help you cultivate joy and spontaneity, even in the face of difficult challenges.
