Martha McCoy

Martha McCoy, MHS, M.Ed. is an improvscience consultant and coach. She is a co-developer and co-leader of Cultivating Learning Environments Online (CLEO), created with Dr. Holmes to help educators build inclusive, engaging, exploratory, learning ensembles online.

Martha's focus is on equity, learning and development through play and performance. Martha provides coaching, training, program development and curriculum integration for educators and scientists working in TK - post graduate, research, professional and community settings. She works with schools on the innovative integration of technology, STEM-STEAM and multidisciplinary inquiry-based learning.

Her innovative teaching practices promote student agency and belonging. She earned a Masters in Health Sciences from Duke School of Medicine and an M.Ed. in Innovative Learning from Touro University. Martha is an adjunct faculty member at Touro University Graduate School of Education and Practicum Supervisor and Instructor for North Coast School of Education.
