Nicole Brunson

Executive Assistant

Nicole Brunson, a Massachusetts native, is an executive administrative assistant with over 14 years’ experience and has been the head of our Admin Team since 2015. In her fluid role, she steps up to take on whatever needs to be done—keeping track of what is going on and what is needed to move projects forward—and, by tending to the small and often tedious tasks that are part of any small business, paves a smooth path for both improvscience and Dr. Holmes personally.

Improvscience is a good fit for her because she is happiest standing behind the dream of small business owners who want to change the world, especially those in service to people who are often overlooked. It was here at improvscience that she received her start as a virtual administrative assistant and she then founded Extra Hours Virtual Assistant Services, which meets the needs of many consultants, freelancers, and small business owners.
